Who is CoSN?

CoSN is The Consortium of School Networking (CoSN). We are a national association whose members are K-12 EdTech leaders, their teams, and other leaders in school districts across the nation. CoSN provides thought leadership resources, community, best practices, and advocacy tools to help leaders succeed in the digital transformation. CoSN represents over 13 million students and continues to grow as a powerful and influential voice in K-12 education. CoSN also provides opportunities for companies who provide products and services to the K-12 EdTech community to participate as corporate members.

What is CoSN2025?

CoSN2025 is CoSN’s annual conference where members and non-members gather to get top-notch education, network, and information share with peers, and meet representatives from EdTech companies who provide products and services to schools and districts.

Who attends CoSN2025?

Historically, CoSN’s annual conferences hosts over 1000 + attendees which are comprised of the following:

Chief Technology Officers
Instructional Technology Directors
Superintendents, District Teams, and Education Service Agencies
Industry, Government, and Nonprofit Representatives
Education Technology Companies

Do I have to be a member to attend CoSN2025?

Membership is not required to register for CoSN2025, however you do have to be a CoSN Corporate member in order to exhibit at the Annual Conference. For information on how to join, click here.

CoSN2025 EdTech Exchange – What to expect

The CoSN annual conference does not host an Exhibit Hall, but what we call the EdTech Exchange. Exhibiting Conference Sponsors and Exhibitors register to have a “kiosk” in the EdTech Exchange and during scheduled times in the EdTech Exchange, conference attendees are able to visit, network and meet with Sponsors and Exhibitors of the conference. Attendees are also able to visit the CoSN Hive
(The Info Hub for everything CoSN) and visit sponsored areas such as the CoSN Puppy Lounge or get a professional headshot at the CoSN Headshot Station. We also highly encourage Corporate registrants to attend the education sessions as another way to network with Educator registrants.

What does Exhibitor registration include?

To exhibit at CoSN2025, you must be a current member of CoSN. To check membership status, please contact membership@cosn.org.

If you are new to CoSN, you will need to purchase a Corporate Membership with your Exhibitor registration. If you wish to take advantage of the special offer but are not sure what is the right membership for your organization, please contact our Membership department at membership@cosn.org. Can I attend for only one day?

Unfortunately, we do not offer day-passes. Please contact CoSN at Sponsorship@cosn.org if you have a special request.

Can I cancel my registration?

Exhibitor Cancellations received before February 28, 2025, will be refunded less a $750 Administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after this date. Cancellation requests must be sent to Sponsorhip@cosn.org and will be processed within 30 days of receiving cancellation notice.
