Transforming K-12 IT Leadership through Inclusive and Collaborative Practices

The session will focus on how a strategic leadership team, comprised of IT department staff from various levels—not just directors and coordinators—was successfully implemented in a K-12 IT department, and will showcase the journey of fostering a profound cultural shift from a "me" mindset to a "we" mindset through various collaborative practices. Participants will learn about the innovative strategies and collaborative agreements developed by the team that empowered all members to contribute to the department's success.
