With 28 years in education and a Master's in Educational Administration, I am the Director of Digital and Learning Resources at El Paso Independent School District. Leading a team of instructional specialists and staff, I've spearheaded successful district initiatives that implemented innovative frameworks and technological best practices. As a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, Microsoft Fellow, Wakelet Ambassador, and CoSN Advisory Board Committee Member, I bring extensive expertise to my role.

I'm also the Founder and CEO of INNOVATEed by sharodickerson, LLC, focused on empowering creativity, leadership, and educational excellence. My mission is to create instructional momentum through technology integration into the curriculum. I design and implement digital literacy models, collaborate with stakeholders on long-range planning, and support personalized learning. Passionate about cultivating growth mindsets and cultural responsiveness, I strive to empower students and teachers in our increasingly digital world.
