Dr. Jeff Dillon is a seasoned educator committed to advancing student-centered education through technology and system redesign. With over 20 years in public education, he is currently the superintendent of the Wilder School District in Wilder, Idaho. Over the past eight years, Dr. Dillon has led the integration of innovative technological solutions, empowering students and staff through comprehensive professional development.

Under his leadership, the district has shifted from rigid structures to personalized learning experiences, allowing students to take ownership of their education. This inclusive approach has fostered co-authorship of learning, creativity, and engagement among students. Dr. Dillon's dedication to educational transformation and student empowerment has earned him respect nationwide.

He holds a bachelor's degree from Northwest University, a graduate degree from Heritage University, and a Ph.D. from Northwest Nazarene University.
