Dr. Emily Dillard, CETL is the Director of Instructional Technology for Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS) in Virginia. In her role, she serves on the Technology Services Leadership Team, oversees the division’s Technology Integration Specialists, software selection, instructional technology professional learning, digital citizenship, and other various projects and initiatives across the school division. Dr. Dillard’s experience includes work in public and independent schools as an elementary classroom teacher, academic technologist PreK-8, and district administrator PreK-12. She served as president of the ISTE Education Leaders Professional Learning Network 2019-2020 and is a 2024 graduate of the CoSN Early Career CTO Academy.
