Rachel E. Johnson, MS, CETL (she/her/hers)

Director, Enterprise Solutions
Loudoun County Public Schools - Ashburn, VA
Leesburg, Virginia

Ms. Johnson has spent most of her career, as a dedicated professional, focused on enterprise technology solutions and business process improvement in the K12 space. She leads, manages, directs, and implements enterprise-wide systems directly related to education stakeholders. Ms. Johnson directs data governance throughout the district and established the enterprise data management and analytics practice. She leads data privacy initiatives to protect student and staff data, serves as the Virginia district representative for the NCES forum, and provides thought leadership to organizations supporting K12 data privacy and governance initiatives.
Ms. Johnson is also a certified yoga teacher and end-of-life doula.
