Dr. Langenhorst is a seasoned education and technology leader with a distinguished career spanning over four decades. His experience includes teaching and administering experiences in private and public K-12 schools in Alaska, Oregon,The Netherlands and for the past 28 years in Massachusetts providing him a unique national and global perspective. As Technology Director for the Dedham Public Schools, Dr. Langenhorst has been instrumental in driving technological advancements that enhance student learning and achievement. His leadership was pivotal in securing the prestigious CoSN Trusted Learning Environment (TLE) Seal, a testament to the district’s unwavering commitment to student data privacy and security. Additionally he has 20 years experience teaching in Master of Education programs, his doctoral research was on the effectiveness of online instruction at the high school level, and most recently drafted Artificial Intelligence Guidelines for his school district.
