Ken McClung has worked in the Information Technology field for over 37 years, with 26 years being in K-12 Education. Ken has held the position of Executive Director of Enterprise Support Services and Information Technology Solutions for Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) for nine years and has been with GCPS for 26 years.

Ken has a passion for his work in K-12 and technology and is grateful that he plays a role in educating our next generation. He has led the implementation of a 1:1 initiative and oversees a large support organization that maintains a consistent greater that 95% Customer Satisfaction rating. He also oversees the department of Information Systems and Solutions, which includes the districts ERP system, Portal, and other enterprise applications and solutions.

Ken has been married to his wife, Tami, for 34 years and they have three children. Ken’s hobbies include playing drums, collecting guitars, traveling, hiking and camping.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree, both from the University of Alabama.
