Marydel Speidell is the Assistant Superintendent for Business Services at Dysart Unified School District, where she oversees the district’s financial operations, budgeting, and resource allocation. With over 20 years of experience in K-12 school finance, Marydel has developed a deep understanding of the financial complexities within educational institutions. Her commitment to fiscal responsibility and educational excellence ensures that Dysart’s financial strategies effectively support the district’s mission to provide a high-quality education for all students.

Before joining Dysart, Marydel worked as an auditor at HeinfeldMeech, gaining valuable experience in public sector auditing, financial reporting, and compliance. This role refined her skills in analyzing financial data and assessing organizational performance—expertise she now applies to strengthen Dysart’s financial systems and operational effectiveness.
